Our Regional Service Centre aims to bring our service closer to our customers. together with Rohde and Schwarz subsidiaries and agents in the region, we offer a comprehensive after-sales service through our service network.

This service aims to meet customer needs on price, time and quality. RSSCA works closely with our logistics partners to provide customers a faster repair turnaround time.
In addition, hotline assistance is also available to customers who have urgent repairs. Our customer care programme is capable of providing service not only to R&D laboratories, but also to production environments where downtime is critical.

RSSCA has also invested heavily in state-of-the-art equipment to enhance our service capability. In particular, the Automatic Calibration System ACS 100 and ACS 100+ have been successfully put into operation.
